Structuring
real estate

  2. Management of all approvals from the relevant bodies, such as E-Redes, ANEPC, Certiel, Compania de Aguas, Certifier of gas installations, etc.

Hiring a construction company

We supervise construction to ensure quality, compliance with deadlines and conformity with projects.

Planning and Coordination

  2. Supervision of the physical and financial schedule for the works.

  4. A weekly meeting is held to control activities and planning, with minutes being drawn up.
  5. Interface with the designers to coordinate the necessary adjustments in execution, clarifications and guidance to the construction company.

  7. Developing disbursement schedules for the owner’s planning.
  8. Monitoring the construction budget and any changes, from the initial design phase through to completion.

Supervision and Quality Control

  1. Constant visits to the field for inspections.
  2. Analysis, control and supervision of contracts and construction processes.
  3. Participation in hiring suppliers and service providers, including approval of contractors.
  4. Analysis and adjustments to contracts with suppliers. Monitoring the purchasing and contracting schedule.
  5. Control of the work team’s documentation and records in the work book.
  6. Verification and validation of work carried out, clarification of the Contractor’s doubts.
  7. Validation of measurements and payment control.
  8. Preparation of site control reports.
Work safety

We implement strict safety standards on all our projects to ensure a safe working environment.

  2. Analysis, approval and supervision of the implementation of safety plans developed by contractors, including general plans and specific plans for work involving special risks.
  3. Periodic site visits to check compliance with safety regulations.

  5. Checking the documentation of all employees on site and notifying the CPAE (Contractors’ Accident Prevention Committee).
